How to request a useful personal flight quote

Begin with the journey

Enter the departure and destination city or airport. The default destination is Colombo (CMB), but you can reverse the journey or request another destination. Include the airport code if you know it, especially for cities with several airports.

Choose return, one way or multi city travel. For several stops, explain each flight and the dates you have in mind. If a part of the trip is already booked, say so rather than assuming it will be included in the new quote.

Add the people and preferences

Give the total number of travellers, children’s ages and preferred cabin. Then identify what matters most: the total price, a shorter journey, checked baggage, flexibility or travelling comfortably as a family. You can explain other priorities in the notes.

Choose Tamil, Sinhala or English as your contact language. Add your name and a phone or WhatsApp number with the country code so that the team can respond. Email is optional in the enquiry form.

Review before sending

After completing the form and agreeing to share your enquiry details, continue to WhatsApp. The website prepares a message using what you entered. You can read or edit that message and decide whether to send it.

No payment is collected and no ticket is issued by submitting the enquiry. The travel team discusses options with you and explains the itinerary, total price, booking provider and ticket conditions before you confirm anything.

Make your notes useful

• Explain the date range if your preferred dates can move.
• State the checked baggage you expect to take.
• Mention assistance needs, family arrangements or airline preferences.
• Include any important arrival deadline or already booked flight.
• Do not include passport numbers, card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
